Since December 31, 2020, the United Kingdom is no longer part of the European Union, resulting in significant changes in the free movement of people from Europe that was previously in effect.

For stays of less than 90 days and activities related to tourism and business (visiting clients or suppliers, attending fairs or congresses, etc.), no visa is required. For any other activity or stays longer than 90 days, a visa will be necessary.

Duration of the Visa

•  During the validity period, the visa can be used to travel to the United Kingdom.

Maximum Stay and Number of Entries and Exits

•  The maximum continuous stay allowed is 180 days, although the final entry and stay duration will be determined by the border control officer.
