Ana Caballero is the Executive Deputy Director at Corporate Visa Solutions (CVS). She joined the group three years ago as a Mobility Consultant, later moving into the position of Mobility Project Coordinator, where she began leading and supervising multidisciplinary teams.
With the launch of CVS’s new division specialized in U.S. visas, Ana stepped naturally into a leadership role, an evolution shaped by her international mindset, her academic background, and her strong performance across multiple operational areas.
Today, she leads processes, coordinates teams, and ensures that every client receives an efficient, close and highly specialized immigration service.
A Personal Connection to Global Mobility
Ana’s passion for immigration began with her passion for travel. After graduating, she spent a full year abroad, visiting different countries and managing all her own visas and permits along the way.
This experience gave her first-hand insight into how complex, overwhelming and confusing the immigration process can be. It also strengthened her commitment to guide others through it with clarity and empathy.
